We arrived in Bulgaria in 1999. We even didn't call ourselves lalo treasures then... We were drawn to the honest, simple life, to the love of nature and to the traditions and perhaps there was an element of connecting to one's roots (Orna’s origins are Bulgarian). Since that first trip, Bulgaria became our center. Today, we inhabit two large buildings set in a rustic Bulgarian location. Most of the employees live in nearby villages. Over time some of the outstanding employees have grown to be managers operating different stations of lalo treasures production system, as well as managers of the local factory. Lalo treasures and its local factory Sof Polymer employ hundreds of workers in different settings. Many work at home, thereby helping to boost the family income. Lalo treasures became a significant supporter to the employment in its area. We encourage our workers and fans to be involved and be part of the exciting process of constant innovation and development, either by being creative, initiative or take more responsibility in team management.
